Refund Policy

We know that sometimes plans change, and we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Below is our official Refund Policy for all bookings and services offered by Par-Tee Golf Simulators.

Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

✔ Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before Your Event
You will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

✖ Cancellations Made Within 7 Days of Your Event
Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event are non-refundable, including the 50% deposit. This is due to the time and resources reserved specifically for your event.

⚠ Same-Day or No-Show Bookings
Same-day cancellations or failure to show up to the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that you may need to change your event date — and we’re happy to work with you! Here's how our rescheduling policy works:

✔ Rescheduling 7 or More Days in Advance
You may reschedule your event at no charge if your request is made 7 or more days before your scheduled booking.

✖ Rescheduling Within 7 Days of Your Event
If you request to reschedule within 7 days of your event, a 25% rescheduling fee (based on your total booking amount) will apply.
This helps cover costs already incurred for staffing, planning, and reserved time slots.

To request a reschedule, please email or call us as soon as possible with your original event details and preferred new date.

Refunds: Weather or Equipment Issues

If Par-Tee Golf Simulators must cancel due to:

Severe weather conditions
Equipment failure
Unforeseen circumstances on our end

You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge — your choice!

Partial Refunds & Adjustments

If an event is cut short due to client-related issues (such as inadequate space, power access issues, or venue delays), refunds will not be issued.
Please review our setup requirements in advance or send us photos if you're unsure.

Payment Method Notes

Zelle Payments: Refunds will be returned to the original Zelle account
Credit Card Payments: Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement
Note: The 3% processing fee is non-refundable
