Par-Tee Golf Simulators
Effective Date: April 1st 2025

Welcome to Par-Tee Golf Simulators! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and simulator rentals. By booking an event or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.

  • All bookings include setup, takedown, and on-site staff support.

  • Travel fees may apply for events located more than 25 miles from Fresno.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the issue date.

2. Payment Methods & Fees

  • Preferred Payment: Zelle (no processing fee)

  • Credit Card Payments: Accepted with a 3% processing fee

  • If you require a custom invoice or payment plan for a larger event, please contact us.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 7+ days before event: Full refund

  • Within 7 days of event: Non-refundable

  • If we must cancel due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Event Setup Requirements

  • Surface: Flat, level area (grass, concrete, pavement, or flooring)

  • Simulator Tent Size:  16 ft deep × 12 ft wide × 13 ft high

  • Recommended Clearance: Add 2–3 feet of space around the simulator — especially in front and back for swinging room and ventilation

  • Power: Client must provide access to power

  • Not sure your space is a fit? Email us a few photos or a layout — we’re happy to help confirm!

5. Liability & Conduct

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions and use equipment responsibly

  • Par-Tee Golf Simulators is not liable for injury, accidents, or damage caused by misuse

  • Any intentional damage may result in repair/replacement charges

  • We reserve the right to end a session early, without refund, if unsafe or inappropriate behavior occurs

6. Insurance & Liability Coverage

Par-Tee Golf Simulators carries General Liability Insurance for all events and equipment.

✔ Certificate of Insurance (COI):

  • Available upon request — please provide at least 5 business days' notice if you need us to list your venue or organization as an Additional Insured.

⚠ Client Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and suitable location for setup

  • Supervise guests, especially minors

  • Be responsible for any damages caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions

We take safety seriously and are happy to answer any questions about insurance coverage.

7. Communications

We’ll keep in touch via email, phone, or text with booking confirmations, reminders, or updates. Need to reach us? We’re always just a message away.

8. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your personal data. We only use your information to provide great service and improve your experience.

9. Invoice & Receipt Summary
